China Beidou will provide positioning and alarm services to the world

　　At 22:07 on September 19th, my country successfully launched two Beidou navigation satellites in the Xichang Satellite Launch Center with the Long March III Rockets (and Expedition 1) in the Xichang Satellite Launch Center.

　　As the two Beidou navigation satellites loaded with the first search and rescue load set off on the night of the 19th, China Beidou will gradually begin providing danger alarm services for global users.

　　The two satellites from Xichang Satellite Launch Center are the first batch of Beidou navigation satellites that loaded search and rescue loads in my country, and the 13th and 14th satellites of the Beidou III system.

　　According to Ran Chengqi, director of the Chinese Satellite Navigation System Management Office, my country will build a Beidou mid -rail search and rescue system after the two satellites are successfully launched, and as a part of the global satellite search and rescue system, providing a police alarm for the global sea, land and air users. And positioning service, this is another major achievement made by China Beidou "going global".

　　The global satellite search and rescue system is managed by the International Search and Rescue Satellite Organization. Members include more than 40 countries and organizations. my country is one of the member states, and the Ministry of Transport is the counterpart connection unit.

　　The search and rescue load loaded this time was involved in the construction of the Ministry of Transport. In recent years, the Chinese Satellite Navigation System Management Office and the relevant departments of the Ministry of Transportation have carried out a lot of work in research and demonstration, international cooperation, and technical research around the construction of the Beidou satellite search and rescue system. In February 2018, the International Search and Rescue Satellite Organization officially included the Beidou system into the global satellite search and rescue system implementation plan.

　　The person in charge of the Space Information Division of the China Traffic and Communication Information Center owned by the Ministry of Transport said that the two Beidou navigation satellites and its search and rescue loads that were launched this time will effectively improve the risk alarm reposting efficiency of the global satellite search and rescue system, which is the global danger.
