The GPS global positioning system is one of the most groundbreaking high-tech developments in recent years. 　　In order to solve the above problems and strengthen the management of drivers and vehicles, GPS satellite positioning technology, GIS geographic information technology, and computer network communication and data processing technology are used as vehicle positioning methods. The Public Mobile Communication Network (GSM) is used for data communication between vehicles and the center, and a monitoring and management system for official vehicles is established to achieve the following functional requirements:
