The system is designed based on these characteristics of the chip. The system takes SC2410A microprocessor as the core, and integrates two 32M SDRAM(HY57V561620CT) and 64M NANDFlash(K9F1208UOB) as the smallest system. In addition, the GPS module that can be used to receive GPS signals, the LCD panel for display, and the voice chip system of LJDAl341TS are installed outside the system.
ST offers a complete GPS solution, including GPS baseband controllers and RF receivers. The ST STA2051 uses an ARM7TDMI kernel, adds a dedicated APB and 12-channel GPS correlator, internal B256K+16K FLASH memory and 6K SRAM, and all the peripheral resources of the standard STR710. ST cooperate with STA2051 to release a complete software runtime based on ST proprietary embedded operating system OS, realize the complete GPS solution at the same time can provide open ARM and peripheral resources to users, more advantages in power consumption and cost.
