The GPS mine management system must provide automatic optimization scheduling function. The system optimizes all possible scheduling schemes for all trucks based on mining area road information, status information of various engineering areas and related equipment, and real-time information of truck operation, in order to allocate trucks according to the best plan and achieve the highest productivity. This function should meet the following requirements:
(1) The system can achieve automatic optimization and scheduling of the entire mine, as well as automatic optimization and scheduling of groups.
(2) The system allows for full manual scheduling or partial manual scheduling, which combines automatic optimization scheduling with manual scheduling.
(3) Optimize driving path and map navigation: The system not only optimizes and calculates the destination, but also calculates the optimal driving route and performs satellite map navigation.
(4) The system can propose equipment supporting plans for dispatchers based on team production plans, equipment production capacity, equipment operation data statistics, and changes in production conditions (such as production completion status, changes in coal quality requirements, loading time of mining equipment, equipment failure or deemed relocation, engineering location and roads, etc.).
(5) The system can automatically reassign in real-time based on various changes in production conditions. (7) Shift handover and meal scheduling: According to relevant regulations of production management, the system can achieve uninterrupted shift handover and meal scheduling, or centralized shift handover and meal scheduling.
(8) According to the tire monitoring results, for trucks with tires approaching or reaching the critical value, the system can automatically dispatch them to transport as short a distance as possible.
