　　1 Positioning

　　The device should have GNSS positioning function and be able to provide real-time positioning information such as date, time, longitude, latitude, altitude, speed, and direction. The output format of positioning data should comply with the requirements of BD 410004-2015.

　　2 Communication

　　The device should have communication functions and at least be able to support wireless communication networks such as universal GSM, GPRS, CDMA, TD-SCDMA, CDMA2000, WCDMA, LTE, as well as one of the communication modes such as Beidou RDSS, which should be clearly stated in the product manual or technical specifications.

　　The 3 devices should be able to continuously record and store location information such as date, time, longitude, latitude, altitude, speed, and direction at a 1Hz update rate. The effective data record of location information should not be less than the last 48 hours. After the device is powered off, the location information data stored before the power outage should not be lost and can be maintained normally for at least 15 days.

　　4 outputs

　　The device should provide at least one output interface to provide positioning information to other devices from this output interface, and the output positioning information should meet the requirements of 1.
