This new idea of network security actually embodies the concept of a "physical fence, which restricts access to the network based on factors such as the geographical location of the visitor and authorization status. This concept is not difficult to achieve technically, as long as This can be achieved by introducing positioning technology into wireless local area networks.

The user's identity is established based on one or more IDs (such as RFID badges/visitors and mobile Wi-Fi devices), and positioning technology is used to determine the location of the specific ID, thus achieving the appropriate level of network access for the user settings. Its basic premise is to build a virtual access fence around every mobile device and every user. Its working principle is to track the user's actions in the building, and to approve or deny the user's access to network resources according to the authorization status and whether it is in the designated allowable area.

"Physical fences can also set the access to wireless LAN and network resources only when the ID card (physical security) is provided to the designated user and his mobile device, which greatly reduces the possibility of someone using other users' laptops or mobile devices. Possibility of mobile devices accessing unauthorized information online.

“Geofencing tracks the location of a visitor, allowing access to the Wi-Fi when he or she is in the conference room with other company employees, and denying access after leaving the conference room. After leaving the allowable area, an alarm message will be issued and wireless LAN access will be terminated.

The comprehensive application of location-based security technology and user and mobile device identification technology elevates network protection and intelligent identification to a higher level. "Geofencing can create a customized invisible fence that accompanies each mobile device's movement, enabling network administrators to ensure that each device can only access authorized areas and resources on the network.
