The service life of the car GPS positioner has a certain relationship with many factors. Generally speaking, the service life of electronic products is three to four years, but the use time of some products can reach six to seven years, so this has a certain relationship with the quality and installation method of the equipment.

Generally, for some wired positioning equipment, there is a power IC on the circuit board to prevent excessive charging. Just like our mobile phone, if long -term charging will affect the battery life, the positioner is the same. Moreover, some low -cost positioner is only protected by first -level power supply. However, some companies with more importance to product quality will use tertiary power ICs to protect the work of the GPS module.

And positioning the chip in the positioner is also a key factor that determines the quality and use time of the product. Some ordinary positioners use a single -chip positioner, the positioning effect is very poor, and the data processing capacity is also poor. However, there are also high -quality lockers using imported intelligent high -speed chips. The data processing speed is faster than the traditional single -core positioner, and the system is very stable. The principle is like the CPU of the computer. If the card is not good, will you continue to use this computer? I'm afraid I just want to change a lot of computers earlier.

After all, the positioner is also an electronic device. It is usually installed in the car for a long time to remove the charging. If it is connected to the equipment, it will even be placed in the car until it is completely damaged. Therefore, because of this, the positioner will also be hit by wind and rain in the car. Therefore, in order to protect the internal components of the positioner, some experienced companies require that the positioner has the function of waterproof and dustproof, so this can effectively extend the positioner of the positioner. usage time.

But also pay attention to waterproof does not mean not afraid of water. The waterproof of the positioner is only waterproof, not immersion. Therefore, when installing the GPS positioner, users should stay away from the air -conditioning outlet and condensation pipes to avoid changes in temperature differences, which allows condensate water to affect the service life of the equipment.

In addition to waterproof, high temperatures should be prevented and high temperatures such as roof and exhaust pipes are avoided. In the summer, the temperature in these places can reach 80 to one Baidu, which has exceeded the working temperature range of the locator.
