1. Machine not turning on

　　(1) If left unused for a long time, do not turn on. Perhaps the battery is write protected. Connect the charger and it can be turned on. If it still cannot be turned on, please short circuit the two poles of the battery!

　　(2) The machine does not turn on while in use (non human damage). At the beginning, you can try pressing the "reset button" to reactivate the machine. If it doesn't work, it is very likely that the machine has lost its program, and another reason is that the power button is malfunctioning.

　　2. Clicking on the screen produces sound but the function is not functional

　　When the machine is in use, if the touch screen does not respond or is inaccurate, try calibrating it. Additionally, it is likely that there is a quality issue with the touch screen, with loose wiring. This situation in winter is mostly caused by static electricity, which can penetrate the touch chip through the touch screen. This problem can only be solved by the manufacturer.

　　3. Staying in the startup screen after startup cannot be counted in the system

　　One is that the time is long, the chip is aging, the program is lost, and the program is refreshed. One is human error in operation, such as flashing the main program incorrectly. When upgrading the map, the system program in the memory is accidentally deleted, and only the corresponding system software can be flashed. Do not blindly flash the machine's system files. The machine itself must not fail, otherwise the machine will become a brick.

　　4. GPS navigation cannot receive satellite signals

　　(1) Long term storage is useless, resulting in not searching for stars. First, the GPS was initialized on the map, but it still didn't receive any stars. It must be due to loose or false soldering of the GPS module.

　　(2) If used, the signal cannot be searched or cannot be searched for a long time. It goes without saying that the GPS antenna is aging and needs to be returned to the factory for replacement.

　　5. GPS terminals can search for satellites but cannot locate them

　　(1) In terms of software, the upgrade port for the map has not been modified. Please test the software by downloading the port, or the main program for the map may not be configured correctly. Some machines require a dedicated version of the map and must be equipped with a dedicated version. Use the GPS satellite search simulator provided by the machine itself to determine if there is a hardware issue.

　　(2) In terms of hardware, long-term exposure to sunlight or high temperatures (the machine itself generates heat during operation, which can be quite hot to the hands for a long time) can lead to accelerated aging of the machine, GPS module, and antenna, or direct burning out, resulting in no signal search or only one or two stars.

　　6. GPS terminal unable to recognize storage card

　　(1) Software: Based on the previous old machine, it does not support SD cards with 2G or more. Please try patching it (the system issue is very minor).

　　(2) Hardware: First, determine if there is a problem with the SD card, then check if there are any foreign objects in the SD card slot, and then consider whether the card slot is damaged.

　　7. How to flash and update the machine system version

　　Many G friends want to tinker with the machine and refresh the system version when they have nothing to do. First, they need to understand the machine plan, motherboard model, and parameters (go to Settings - System - System Information), manually copy the system information or take screenshots, and then contact the dealer or manufacturer to update the software. If searching online, be sure to check if it matches the motherboard and do not brush randomly, otherwise it will become a brick.
