　　GPS consists of three parts:

　　Space part - This part consists of GPS navigation satellites. More than 30 GPS satellites are deployed in six orbits around the Earth, with an altitude of approximately 20000 kilometers. These satellites orbit the Earth once every 12 hours and can cover the world 24/7.

　　Control section - This section consists of ground control stations. These stations are responsible for monitoring, controlling, and maintaining the orbit of GPS satellites. The ground control station ensures that the deviation of the satellite from its orbit and timing is within the allowable range.

　　User section - This section consists of a GPS receiver. The GPS receiver monitors radio frequency signals from GPS satellites and calculates their distance from at least four satellites to obtain their position and time. At any time, the GPS receiver can see up to 12 GPS satellites in the sky. Satellites transmit information through the radio frequency band of 1.1 to 1.5 GHz.
