1. Strict job requirements

2. Strict working environment
The GPS in car system works on the vehicle. According to the standards of the automotive industry, the design standards of in car electronic equipment are between industrial and military levels, and its most important indicator is the ambient temperature range. The equipment working in the engine compartment requires a working temperature range of -40 to 125 ℃, and the rest requires a working temperature range of -40 to 85 ℃. In car GPS equipment is generally installed under the dashboard of the car, and some cars in poor condition, The engine heat will leak here, and the temperature of the car will be very high after long-term operation. We have tested several taxis that have been working continuously for nearly 20 hours. Some parts of the dashboard where the onboard unit is installed have reached a temperature of 90 ℃, and the surface temperature of the GPS board CPU chip inside the machine has even reached 98 ℃. Due to the vast territory of our country, the winter temperature in the northernmost part can be as low as -30 ℃ or below, which also puts forward strict requirements for the low-temperature working characteristics of on-board computers.
Due to the fact that cars work outdoors, they may also encounter various unfavorable factors such as water vapor, dust, oil pollution, corrosive gases, liquids, etc.
Therefore, the working environment of GPS car mounted devices is extremely harsh. If the telecommunications switch equipment is placed in such an environment to work, it may have been paralyzed long ago.
