　　1. The locator is turned off and there is a power outage.

　　If you dial the phone number of the locator through your phone and it prompts to shut down, this is the case. Check if there are any issues with the power supply circuit of the locator and if there is a power outage. Is the power supply voltage and current within the specified voltage and current range for the installation of the locator. Are the three indicator lights on the body of the locator completely off.

　　2. The locator has no phone signal.

　　If you dial the phone number of the locator through your mobile phone and receive a prompt indicating that you cannot connect or are not in the service area, this is the case. Try to park the car in an environment with good signal conditions as much as possible. The installation position of the locator should not be too enclosed, and there should be no metal objects blocking it. The installation position inside the car should be as close as possible. (In areas without mobile phone signals such as underground garages, tunnels, and remote blockages, it can cause the locator to go offline.)

　　3. The phone card of the locator is overdue, or the phone card package has changed or the internet function has been disabled.

　　For more information, consult the operator of the mobile card (such as China Mobile: 10086, China Unicom: 10010), inquire if the mobile card has outstanding fees, if the internet function has been activated, if the internet function is effective, and if the package has been changed. If it is a mobile phone card, it is necessary to activate GPRS and the access point must be CMNet.
