The installation position of the locator should not be too enclosed, and there should be no metal objects blocking it. The installation position inside the car should be as close as possible. 　　3. The phone card of the locator is overdue, or the phone card package has changed or the internet function has been disabled.

　　For more information, consult the operator of the mobile card (such as China Mobile: 10086, China Unicom: 10010), inquire if the mobile card has outstanding fees, if the internet function has been activated, if the internet function is effective, and if the package has been changed.
