The system consists of 21 working satellites, which are evenly distributed on 6 orbital planes (4 in each orbital plane), and the orbital inclination angle is 55°. Theoretical research shows that the precise location can be obtained as long as more than 4 GPS satellites can be observed anywhere in the world
